Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma expressed his condolences, acknowledging Sayani’s profound impact on the nation’s airwaves. Sayani, celebrated for his iconic show ‘Geetmala,’ breathed his last at the age of 91 after suffering a heart attack on Tuesday night. He was rushed to HN Reliance Hospital in Mumbai, where he succumbed to his condition.
