Northeast Desk, 12th September: In a recent outbreak of violence in Manipur, three civilians were reportedly killed in an ambush carried out by armed miscreants on the morning of September 12.
The ambush occurred around 8:20 am on Tuesday morning in the area between Ireng and Karam Vaiphei of Kanggui.
The victims, identified as Satneo Tuboi of K Ponlen, Ngamminlun Lhouvum of K Ponlem, and Ngamminlun Kipgen of Lhangkichoi, belong to the Kuki-Zo community.
